Before you buy — FAQ
Compare rap-video credit packs and subscriptions in USD. See welcome credits, generation costs, expiry and monthly credit grants before buying.
One-time credit packs or the Pro subscription?
For occasional generations, pick a credit pack: pay once, credits never expire, nothing renews automatically. If you ship videos every week, the subscription fits better: 1,000 credits arrive every month. You can combine both — subscription credits are spent first.
What does the free allowance include?
You receive 30 credits once after signup, enough for one entry template clip. Original rap videos use paid credits.
How many credits does one generation cost?
Entry templates start at 30 credits. Original clips cost more depending on duration and resolution. Compare the settings above and check the final quote.
Do credits expire?
Credit-pack and welcome credits never expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription month and are spent before permanent credits — use them within the month.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Anytime, from Settings → Billing via the payment portal — no cancellation fees. Monthly plans stay active until the end of the paid period; yearly plans keep granting credits monthly through the paid year.
What happens if a generation fails?
Nothing is lost: rejected pre-generation screening never charges credits, and failed generations return the credits charged as permanent compensation credits. Cash refunds go through support and the payment provider under the applicable terms.
Which payment methods are supported? Are taxes included?
Prices are in USD and processed through a secure third-party payment provider; common international cards are supported. Any applicable taxes and the final payable total are shown at checkout before you pay.
